At Welty’s General Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@weltysgeneralstore.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused

  • It must be in original packaging with tags

  • You must provide proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
